Workshops

Stephen May runs sought-after workshops for schools, colleges, libraries, universities, literary festivals and writers' groups throughout the country. Suitable for shy beginners all the way to advanced MA students, including enrichment programmes, Gifted and Talented, AS/A2 English Language and Creative Media Diploma. Stephen May provides a range of fun, practical and stimulating creative writing sessions for all groups aged 14 plus.

Stephen runs courses ranging from half-day to a week long, and can cover all genres including poetry, play-writing, novel-writing, short stories, film and TV.

Stephen creates bespoke workshops tailored to fit with the demands of each individual group. He works hard to ensure that, wherever students are at with their writing when they start the course, they have taken a great leap forward by the time they finish.
